Oil Filter Control Panel features

This Oil Filter control panel example is an upgraded version of our customer’s previous standard panel. It’s primary function is to allow an operator to control the flow of oil through a cart mounted filter, monitor a cart mounted instrument, and display the % saturation of water in the oil.

We redesigned this panel to improve cart appearance and simplify final assembly. We provide a small angled consolet to optimize the operator’s view, paint it to match the cart, and provide all mounting holes and cables. We also provide a USB interface port to simplify cart instrument datalogging.

Engineering Submittal Package

We produce an engineering submittal package for every control panel we’re planning to produce. We submit to our customer for review and approval prior to releasing it to production. This allows everyone to review what we’re planning to produce and confirm that it’s correct. Each includes the following sections.

• Section B. Datasheets for Power and Control Devices
• Section C. Datasheets for Field Mounted Devices
• Section D. Drawings
• Section E. Bill of Material
